1.更看重申请人的专业（受训领域）
2.放宽年龄限制但鼓励申请人的年轻化
3.对配偶工作不再做要求
4.配偶学历加分放宽至普通高中
整体来说这次调整对大部分申请人是有利的，是魁省放宽移民政策的一个信号，同时新的评分标准更科学合理。
